Popis	Connecting the Dots between Past and Present with Complex Systems Science: Towards Generative Explanations of Religions? This introduces the progress of GEHIR project in the first year of its existence. It utilizes metaphor of "connecting the dots" as a primary metaphor for work of historian and discusses the problem of study of historical processes in the light of the complex systems science. It poses a call for a new "generative" theoretico-methodological framework in the broad scientific enterprise of explaining religion.
