Activities to support the HR Excellence in Research Award in the coronavirus era
We would like to thank all the employees who took the time to fill out the HR Award questionnaire, as well as the participants in some of the Focus groups and interviews we conducted as part of the HR Award activities. Thanks to your efforts, we had the opportunity to analyze your feedback on working and professional conditions at the Faculty of Education Masaryk University and prepare measures for improvement in the coming years.

In December 2019, the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University endorsed principles set in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. Since then, the Faculty has been striving for the prestigious HR Award emblem as proof of strategies to improve the quality of the working environment.
