10 October marks World Mental Health Day. On this day, the MU Counselling Centre has prepared a Wellbeing day conference for MU students, which will offer an opportunity to learn more about the importance of mental health and ways to take care of your mental well-being and build mental resilience.

During the conference, you will meet with experts (not only) from Masaryk University who will introduce you to self-care options, learn new skills and strategies to cope with challenging situations and find out when it is appropriate to seek help. In the afternoon part of the programme, you will explore different approaches and techniques for promoting wellbeing in a practical way. You will meet other students and share your experiences. You can also look forward to a competition for university merch and refreshments.

The third annual Conference on Research Careers 2025 will take place in Brussels, offering an overview of current policies, commemorating 20 years of the European Charter for Researchers, and opening a discussion on the future of the research environment in Europe.
