| Description | Choice of suitable employment and the process of finding a job could be very demanding for many people with disabilities. Shortage of work and social competences, job application skills, but also prejudice and reluctance of employers to employ people with disabilities are some of the basic barriers in employment. This text presents the results of a research aiming to analyze the quest of young adults with disabilities to the job market. |
