| Description | Methodology of the educational program for kindergartens with ArchLab kit, which presents two principles of building construction on the example of famous Brno icons: the Villa Tugendhat and Bauer's castle. The programme provides a mediation of the topic of architecture, an initial introduction to architecture, the role of the architect, and the architects Mies van der Rohe and Adolf Loos. It allows working with space and one's own body in it. It encourages conversations about how to perceive architecture, about materials, about scale and being in architecture. Awareness of one's own body, its dimensions and the size derived from of architects or perhaps a bunker. |
