Description Professionalism as the main goal of modern teacher training is undisputed today. Professionalism is not only linked to knowledge-based, well-founded theoretical knowledge, but also to practical components of the university and/or college teaching. In recent years, this postulate has often been taken up in specialist discussions, frequently from the perspective of effective feasibility, in order to meet the demand for greater practical relevance in teacher training courses. The article focuses on the pedagogical-psychological module in teacher training at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno, with particular attention being paid to the innovative system of reflective pedagogical teaching practice, which creates an integral part of both, bachelor's and master's degree programmes.
