Description The paper focuses on the measurement of the effectiveness of training for customs officers. The process of vocational training in the organization is implemented in a full-time, but also in a distance form, and the contribution of both forms of training has not yet been realistically evaluated. Actual knowledge acquired The knowledge acquired by participants in vocational training courses is subsequently reflected in their performance. Insufficient expertise can have a negative impact on the effectiveness of the whole organisation, so it is necessary to assess the benefits of the training process and adjust the training system as appropriate. The main aim of the paper is to compare the effectiveness of the educational process in the conditions of distance and full-time teaching process.
