Description This paper presents a follow-up to a research project on (inter)professional collaboration of helping professions in Czech schools (Švec et al., in press). The present research reflects on the models of collaboration between novice teachers and teaching assistants. Preliminary results suggest that the participants collaborate in sub-areas in which they apply specific collaboration models. These models allow teachers to find joint solutions to problems in teaching more efficiently.
