Description The monograph deals with the issue of special educational needs in the current educational reality. The chapters present the characteristics of the difficulties associated with different forms of special needs, which give rise to barriers and sources of successful education. The publication looks at the pupil in a comprehensive way and reflects its needs in the context of a wide spectrum of factors that can enter the quality of the educational process. The book tries to identify these factors and, on their basis, to specify the support options and the intervention approach to the pupil. The theoretical parts are linked to the partial results of research surveys that support the necessity of a comprehensive view of the pupil of inclusive and special schools.
