Important information for Master Degree Program applicants

The study program is designed for graduates of Bachelor's programs, preferably those related to the study of English language and/or teaching English as a foreign language. Application for studies:

Applications to Bachelor's studies are open to secondary school graduates. Applications are submitted electronically (hereafter called e-application). First, choose a field of study and then file an electronic application with it.

Fees

Application Fee

It is necessary to pay an application fee of CZK 900. The payment must be made through Shopping Center MU (link is directly in your e-application).

Note: When making a bank transfer from abroad banks may charge fees related to the transfer to an account in a foreign country. It is necessary to pay both sender and receiver fees in order for the CZK 900 to be credited to the MU´s account.

Verification Fee 

Verification fee is for applicants verifying their documents at the Faculty of Education. Please note, this verification is for Faculty of Education´s purpose only and thus can replace official nostrification only in the admission procedure for the Faculty of Education.

It is necessary to pay a verification fee of CZK 900. The payment of the fee must be made through Shopping Center MU (the link will be sent to interested applicants).

Tuition Fee

A fee is required for the study programmes taught in a foreign language. Students must cover the full cost. 

The fee is set at CZK 68 000 (roughly equivalent to EUR 2700) per year for those enrolling to studies for the 2025/2026 academic year. The amount is guaranteed for the entire duration of due study period. Accepted applicants will be informed during enrollment of the specific method of payment for the tuition fee.

Other Information
  • We only have one intake a year (October - April) - to study from mid-September.
  • If you are a visa student, it is useful to apply and take action as soon as possible to get an early visa appointment at the embassy.
  • Applications after the deadline are not possible.
