The faculty has a newly opened Quiet Zone for students and employees. Come and relax or concentrate on your tasks in a quiet and pleasant environment.

On the terrace on the 2nd floor of the faculty at Poříčí 7 you will find a new Quiet Zone, ideal for studying and relaxing.
The space offers tables and chairs for comfortable seating, two seating bags for maximum comfort and one umbrella.

Faculty now offers free menstrual aids

The Faculty of Education at MU has made menstrual aids available free of charge. You can find them in the restrooms in the lobby of Poříčí 9 and in the Poříčí 31a building by the lockers in front of the library. They are intended for anyone who needs them at any given moment.

Cooperation with the Australian Monash University has yielded first results

Petr Svojanovský and Jana Obrovská, as part of the Czech Republic's Grant Agency project Addressing the Individual Educational Needs of All Pupils: Ethnography of Secondary School Classrooms, a year ago established professional cooperation with Professor Umesh Sharma, one of the world's leading experts on inclusive education. Under his guidance, they completed a research internship at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia this spring.
