Description In the chapter, findings of a research project are presented, that consisted of a series of structured interviews with 27 headmasters, SEP coordinators and teachers at pilot secondary vocational schools. The interviews were aimed to document the process of developing the SEPs and to build understanding of a multitude of problems that accompany the process of curriculum development. The method of interviews made it possible to address other problems that are hidden or less tangible in nature.
