Description This paper deals with analysis of factors influencing the choice of performance and teaching professions. The survey is conducted on two groups of respondents - students the 1st year, students in their 4th grade PdF MU with specialisation primary school. Defines general motivating factors affecting work performance of employees for teachers' professional competences.
