Description	The chapter summarizes main clinical characteristics of autism that usually bring the patient to the child neurologist and other members of multidisciplinary diagnostic and therapeutical team. Child neurologist diagnoses the disease and later on is concerned in therapy of associated disorders, above all epileptic seizures and sleep disorders.
