Description Pupils who have been diagnosed with specific learning difficulties often show more unwished-for behavioral patterns, such as absent-mindedness, lack of concentration, psychic and physical restlessness, anxiety, fear or stress. Organic inclusion of short concentration and relaxation exercises in (foreign language) classes can reduce or terminate these behavioral patterns. Exercises described in the paper help the pupils increase the concentration or relax from psychic and physical stress. At the same time, the pupils can use their FL knowledge and skills when performing the exercises.
