Description	Text comments the last legislative draft of the solution of problem of the liability of legal persons for crimes in the Czech Republic. Conclusion: The Czech Republic must choose minimal the hybrid solution (administrative - criminal), because it requires cl. 1 art. 2 of the Czech Constitution.
