| Description | In our work, LV diastolic function of the patient without regular physical activity was worsened. Only patients with regular 12-month physical training remained their diastolic function unchanged (at rest) or even improved (at maximal stress), mainly due to changes in walls supplied by a totally occluded coronary artery. |
