| Description | The report formulates problematic fields of the kindergartens management on the view of elementary management functions resulting from the resaerch. It comes out from experiences of kindergartners headmasters and from their most frequent questions on the seminars. The report supports oneself by theoretical basis of the school management and also by conclusions of Czech School Inspection. In the closing part there is the attempt to compare the problematic fields of kindergarten management with the classe management. Report strives for idendification of the kindergartens teachers competences which will be urgenty developed in university pregraduated programmes. |
