| Description | Resting state default mode network can be reliably traced using fMRI. The integrity of the network has functional consequences. 9 healthy subjects performed non-trivial sequencing task during fMRI. Deactivation during the active paradigm revealed the default mode network. Nodes of this network play a role in the neurobiology of schizophrenia. Therefore the method is usefull for the schizophrenia research. |
