| Description | A transformation model is one of the essential blocks in almost any registration algorithm. Here, a spatial deformation model which combines smoothing by wavelet thresholding and Gaussian filtering is proposed for nonlinear registration. The algorithm is evaluated on 2-D multimodal image data - MRI images from standard Simulated Brain Database. |
