| Description | European regulation (after all Unfair Commercial Practices Directive) cannot to put legal requierements about tast and decency which are very different among the Membres States. It's, as a matter of fact, illusory and out of place to think of a European harmonisation of such ethical and emotional values. On the other side the competitor should be protected on European internal market against the behaviour of another competitor distorting competition. |
