Description This article presented three practical exercises that have been modified for teaching students at the Pedagogical Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno. Practical exercises are focused on the issues of human chromosomal patterns and its disorders. Themes discussed in these practitioners is common both to certain subjects taught Department of Family Education and Health Education and the Department of Special Education, biology and chemistry teaching faculty in Brno. Future teachers in the study of these practices in light microscope morphology of chromosomes, they will learn to define them, take account of normal and pathological human karyotype, which will also be separately compiled and evaluated. To the introduction of practices are also included theoretical knowledge of factors detrimental to genotype people and new, basic knowledge of the necessary preventive measures in this area of human health.
