Description The empirical part of the work is aimed at the process in which future teachers gain and develop their professional competencies during their teaching practice, namely at recognising the intensity of the cooperative teachers influence on this process. Assessment criteria are defined for cooperative teachers at faculties of education to assess the students. Students then assess the level of influence that cooperative teachers had on the development of their professional skills. The key research aims at finding out which interventions into the developing of future teachers pedagogical skills cooperative teachers use. In Interpretations, the factors and context that influence the selection and frequency of the interventions are examined. Towards the end of the thesis a proposal is formulated regarding the form of cooperative teachers interventions into the students pedagogical skills. It is not to present a normative intervention structure.
