Description	The aim of this study was to set up optimal conditions for preparation of the sample of leukemic BM2 monoblasts to get a high number of resolved proteins on two-dimensional gel. Addition of thiourea in the lysis and rehydratation buffers and sonication of the sample increased the number of protein spots resolved in two-dimensional gel about 8-fold.
