| Description | The issues related to preventing a relapse of depressive disorder are high on the list of priorities of psychiatry. The achievement of only a partial remission is a predictor of a higher incidence of relapses.30 patients displaying residual symptoms of depressive disorder were treated with paroxetine or mirtazapine in the conditions of a double-blind study involving monitoring CYP 2D6 activity. Both mirtazapine and paroxetine had a positive effect on residual symptoms of depressive disorder. |
