Description	The present study investigated the influence of ligand of 5-HT1A receptor ligand S 15535 which acts as an agonist and an antagonist at presynaptic and postsynaptic sites respectively, on agonistic behaviour in mice. In conclusion, S 15535 exerted marked antiaggressive action in aggressive mice with less pronounced effect on defensive-ascape behaviour in timid animals.
