Description	Determination of metabolic phenotype of CYP2D6 within the group of 121 psychiatric patients showed 8.3 % poor (PM) metabolizers, 91.7 % extensive(EM) and 0.7 % ultrarapid metabolisers(UM). Patients treated with neuroleptics showed significantly decreased metabolic capacity of CYP2D6.
