Description The publication describes the scientific discipline of psychomotricity. It includes introduction games and activities for development of attention, concentration, motor skills, laterality, communication, cooperation, relaxation, perception of ones body in space, etc. Psychomotricity uses non-traditional props and tools (yoghurt cups, parachute, psychomotor runabouts, pedalos, balancing props, etc.). The goal is not only to develop ones dexterity or to strengthen physical fitness, but also to develop psychical functions, such as attention and to experience the joy of movement, play and bodily exercises. Via games psychomotricity aims to tune up the psycho-physiological status of men. It is a form of active relaxation, process of regeneration and a suitable activity towards neutralization of mental exertion. Psychomotricity equally develops psychical, physical and social aspects of human beings.
