Description Edustories is a research project at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, focused on supporting student and novice teachers in handling challenging classroom behavior. Research findings show that beginning teachers often rely on reactive strategies—such as directives—that solve problems only temporarily, while proactive, student-centered approaches are used less frequently despite their longer-lasting benefits. Edustories responds to this by combining AI-enhanced case study analysis with VR-based classroom simulations, enabling teachers to reflect on their responses, develop proactive strategies, and build confidence in managing complex classroom dynamics.
