| Description | This technical solution introduces a high-frequency excitation system for dielectric barrier discharges (DBD) based on a specially designed planar transformer. The unique transformer architecture enables an order-of-magnitude increase in resonant frequency compared to conventional designs, significantly enhancing the stability and efficiency of DBD excitation across a broad range of configurations. The system also incorporates an advanced control unit that provides precise regulation of output parameters, operational optimization, and robust safety management. The utility model delivers a compact, efficient, and highly adaptable platform for generating atmospheric and low-pressure plasma discharges. |
