Description This research aims to deliver a cost-effective, high-performance, and non-toxic coating solution for critical high-pressure steel applications. By leveraging plasma-synthesized advanced graphene materials (plasma-reduced rGO flakes, GO flakes, and GNS – graphene nano sheets) within a Ni matrix, the work explores a highly promising alternative to traditional toxic coatings, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the process for complex internal geometries like gun barrels.
