Description Before water management modifications, the Morava River behaved like a typical lowland river. Damming led to the separation of the network of side branches from the main flow. One of the longest is the Kopanice. It has retained the natural appearance of a meandering riverbed in long sections. However, the water regime is fundamentally influenced by dams along the Morava riverbed.
