| Description | The Advent concert of The Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra Olomouc took place in the Great Concert Hall "Reduta" on November 30, 2023 from 7:00 p.m. The program consisted of the Overture to the opera The Magic Flute (KV 620) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Symphony No. 5 in B flat major (D. 485) by Franz Schubert, in the second half of the evening the vocal composition Salve regina by Arvo Pärt and Mozart's Missa brevis in B flat major (KV 275/ 272b). The Moravian Philharmonic Orchestra Olomouc under the baton of jakub Klecker provided the instrumental parts, the choral parts were performed by the Žerotín Academic Choir (choirmaster Pavel Koňárek). Solo parts in Mozart's Missa brevis belonged to Bedřiška Ponížilová (soprano), Alžběta Symerská (alto), František Sliž (tenor) and Ondřej Musil (bass). |
