| Description | Language mediation is considered a key competence in foreign language teaching and it is therefore desirable for students to acquire it from the very beginning. The workshop will introduce the didactic concept of mediation as described in the CEFR-Companion Volume (2020), using practical examples to show which skills and sub-competences these tasks develop and, among other things, what pupils and students find motivating, activating and useful in everyday life. There will be an inspirational idea exchange as well as tips on how to create your own original mediation tasks. |
