Description The study presents the educational program of the kindergarten, which is built on the idea of joint education. An example of inspiring practice focuses on a shared understanding of the school curriculum and the joint efforts of the main actors of education (teachers and parents) to modify the school curriculum in accordance with diagnostic and evaluation findings and the current situation. It captures several years of development of the school's educational program aimed at improving the quality of preschool education in the monitored kindergarten. It reveals the ability of the kindergarten principal to support the sharing of experience between teachers, to involve parents in the education of their children and thus to create a team environment and a so-called learning organization. The appendices contain examples of evaluation forms and the school curriculum, which could help with the understanding of the cyclical process of planning and evaluation, i.e. the connection between school self-evaluation and innovation of the school curriculum.
