Description An example of inspiring practice describes a kindergarten, which by its nature represents open relationships in the workplace supporting team learning, exchange and sharing of experience from the teachers' pedagogical activities. It shows the ways in which female teachers can take responsibility for their professional development and change established stereotypes of the education of preschool children representing a frontal way of organizing guided activities towards the individualization of preschool education. An example of inspiring practice provides evidence in the form of teachers' portfolios, video recordings of their teaching activities, recordings from pedagogical councils (including video recording) and visits, how the professional skills of teachers can be developed in a relatively short time, thus making preschool education more effective with an emphasis on the personal development of each child . The above-mentioned documents reveal the path taken by the kindergarten in the last three years. They graphically depict changes in approaches to children that relate to communication, diagnostic skills of female teachers, methods of planning, organization of controlled and semi-controlled activities, solving problem situations, etc. The key to changing professional skills is the ability of female teachers to reflect on their professionalism and actively participate in creating an image of quality education in kindergarten. All this, of course, with generous support from the kindergarten management.
