Description Professional training is essential for an inclusive educational environment. Teacher qualification is related to the student outcome. The study focuses on the theory of planned behavior (Ajzen, 1991, 2020). The purpose is to quantitatively assess the future Ukrainian and Czech primary teachers' attitudes, self-efficacy, subjective norms about inclusive education and indicate the role of mandatory professional training in the attitude change.
