Description Teachers encounter various approaches to solving tasks and problems, ways of acquiring new knowledge and skills during the teaching mathematics. Pupils differ in ways of communication with teacher and with schoolmates as well. Respect for difference of pupils is demanding for a teacher. We have aim at looking for methods and forms of work with various pupils with special teaching needs in the frame of the project OP VVV Zvýšení kvality vzdělávání žáků, rozvoje klíčových kompetencí, oblastí vzdělávání a gramotností. The aim of the study is to introduce the different views on differentiated education in real educational process and the problems teachers can face. We will show several case studies in which we illustrate types of pupils with special needs we worked with in the project
