Description The life stories, the risk and the protective factors of 5 clients of the educational institution were analyzed. Their social background was problematic, with a history of behavioral and substance abuse. Case studies, interviews, and observations were used to analyze the collected data. The aim of the research was to find out whether children who have undergone institutional education have a chance to integrate into society and apply to the labor market. The study shows that the constitutional environment has weakened the risky moments associated with educational style, family function, peer influence, and drug use. Clients have been empowered with self-control, purposefulness, positive motivation and appreciation for progress and success. The informants have approached their future in a responsible manner, looking forward to the years spent in the facility with joy and appreciating the efforts of the teaching staff.
