| Description | The author presents in his contribution the results of the extensive musical sociological researches conducted by the Department of Music at the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in the last six years, which also tested the effectiveness of general music education at elementary and secondary schools. In this context, he contemplates the current state of school music education and its important objectives in terms of receptive education. |
