| Description | Physics consists of a system of concepts that are represented by the relevant terms. Physical concepts and terminology are constantly evolving, and scientific revolutions usually bring about fundamental redefinition of concepts. It is desirable for the scientific language to be able to accurately describe physical phenomena and theories. Each term should therefore have just one term that is sensitively chosen so that scientists, students and laymen do not make mistaken associations. Although Czech physical terminology gradually refines, it still contains many words that are the cause of misunderstandings and difficulties in the study of physics. The lecture focuses on the development of selected physical concepts and terms, whose exact definition is important for physics-science, but they are also significant from a didactic point of view. |
