Description The aim of the workshop was to get acquainted with the current development trends in teaching technology, school equipment and development of educational programs and application of the results of the research project Special needs of pupils in the context of the Framework Education Program for Basic Education (MSM0021622443) in comparison with the Czech and Polish educational system. Taking into account the current issues of education and training, the participants were introduced to the basic systemic issues of education in Poland during a workshop with pedagogues and leadership of the lyceum in Wroclaw (Liceum Ogólnoksztalace Nr XII in Boleslawa Chrobrego we Wroclawiu), with the teachers and leaders of elementary schools in Poznań (Szkoła Podstawowa nr 75 in Poznań, Poland) and Gniezno (Szkoła Podstawowa nr 3 in Šwietego Wojciecha, Czarnieckiego 7, Gniezno), with teachers and leadership of the pre-school educational establishment in Poznań (Przedszkole nr 74 im Misia Uszatka, Kazimierza Wielkiego 19/21, Poznań), and representatives of the Education Department of the City of Poznan and the City Development Department (Urząd Miasta Poznania, Wydział Oświaty - Deputy Director Wiesław Banaś, Wydział Rozwoju Miasta - Agnieszka Susicka), detailed inclusion in the context of specific schools and more generally in the conditions of Polish education, in the visit basic education in pre-school and secondary education and with the concept of extracurricular activities and artistic education and with current projects in the field of innovative educational processes.
