Description A harmonious family environment creates the basic prerequisites for a child's growth and development. However, if there are serious risk factors in the family and its surroundings, this condition is not met, the health or even the life of the child is seriously compromised. It is necessary to act as quickly as possible and to take action in his interest. One of them is the removal of the child from the family and the placement for institutional care for various periods of time. Qualitative research has been carried out in the children's home environment. Four informants were approached by structured interviews, free observation techniques and case studies were also used. It has been found that the family has a major influence on the psychological and social neglect. Constitutional education seeks to minimize these negative influences and prepare children well to enter into independent life.
