Description	The international conference MITAV (Mathematics, Information Technologies, and Applied Sciences (Vědy, in Czech)) was organized by the Union of Czech Mathematicians and Physicists, Brno branch (JČMF) in co-operation with the Faculty of Military Technology of the University of Defence, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication of Brno University of Technology. The MITAV 2016 took place in the Club of the University of Defence in Brno, Šumavská 4 on June 16 and 17, 2016.
