Description In the article a problem of chemical organs´damage during intensive aerobic sport or recreational exercises, first of all injury of skeletal tissue - rhabdomyolysis. Causes and pathological mechanism are in relationship of aggressive oxidative species (oxidative stress), that are a product of aerobic energetic metabolism during intensive endurance exercise. Positive report is at possibility of improving of our oxidative stress resistance by regular appropriate (somewhat hard) aerobic exercise.
