| Description | The monograph highlights some of the determinants that influence the effectiveness of student teachers' teaching practice. Chapters deal with shaping the tacit knowledge of students during practice, sharing this knowledge with the mentor teacher, student reflection during their teaching practice and the tacit dimensions of teacher assessment of pupils.
