| Description | The municipality is characterized by a fundamental role in the field of environmental pro-tection. It pursues, in the context of public administration (both state administration and self-governments), the objectives and tasks entrusted to it through various forms of legal implementation. Title VI. Act no. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities (local government) regulates the issue of supervision of some legal forms of implementing public administration. The paper describes the supervision under Title VI. of municipal system through valid and effective legislation, case law and opinions of professionals - noting that and how this type of surveillance falls within the area of environmental protection, performed by municipality. |
