| Description | This paper deals with the main problems in the field of education of Roma pupils in the Czech Republic and describes legal alternatives ensured by the Czech legal system against the disadvantage in education. The main goal is to comprehend the problems and barriers for Roma pupils in Czech educational system and also to describe the procedures seven years after the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights in the case D. H. and others vs. Czech Republic. |
