Description The contribution dealt with the case of a client, who in her early childhood underwent repeated surgical removal of papilloma mass from the vocal cords. As a result of repeated operations, there occurred a connective adhesion of vocal cords – synechia anterior commissure.Due to a partial fusion the vibration of the vocal cords is limited; during phonation there persists a small linear fissure. After the voice rehabilitation some parametrs shows the moderate improvement. The case shows that even in such specific cases the voice condition can be significantly improved while contributing to personal well-being and to positive feeling of the client.
