| Description | This contribution shows the possibility of using insects as an alternative food in the Czech Republic and deals with the appropriateness of including this new issue into the educational system from primary schools to universities and the possibilities of educating the public with the help of expert lectures. A questionnaire form attitudes were surveyed randomly selected respondents to the issue of the use of insects as food, and then the results were analyzed and processed into graphs. |
